#### 62 Certificate of conscientious beliefs
(1) A certificate issued to a person under section 144A of the previous Act that was in force immediately before the commencement shall, for the remaining period for which that certificate would have continued in force if the previous Act had not been repealed, be taken to be a certificate issued to the person under subsection 267(1) of the Industrial Relations Act.
(2) An application made to a former Registrar under section 144A of the previous Act that, immediately before the commencement, had not been granted or refused shall, after the commencement, be dealt with by a Registrar as if it had been made under section 267 of the Industrial Relations Act.
