#### 61 Resignation from organisation before commencement
Where, before the commencement, a person resigned his or her membership of an organisation in accordance with section 145 of the previous Act but, at the commencement, the resignation had not taken effect, the resignation takes effect on the day on which it would have taken effect if the previous Act had not been repealed.
