#### 56 Prescribed offences
Section 227 of the Industrial Relations Act has effect as if the following paragraph were inserted before paragraph (a) of the definition of prescribed offence in subsection (1):
“(aa) an offence against section 46, 158M, 160, 166, 169, 169A, 170A or 171 of the previous Act or an offence against regulation 146AS of the Conciliation and Arbitration Regulations;”.
