#### 41 Employers bound by awards
An employer who was, immediately before the commencement, bound by an award under paragraph 61(d) of the previous Act remains bound by the award after the commencement, subject to the other provisions of the Industrial Relations Act, even though the employer would not after the commencement be bound by the award under paragraph 149(d) of the Industrial Relations Act.
