#### 33 Exercise of conciliation powers before commencement The references in section 105 of the Industrial Relations Act to a member of the new Commission having exercised conciliation powers in relation to an industrial dispute include references to a member of the new Commission, in the capacity of member of the former Commission, having exercised, under the previous Act, powers in relation to conciliation in relation to the industrial dispute (other than powers of the kind referred to in subsection 105(2) of the Industrial Relations Act).
