#### 13 References to proceedings and matters (1) References in the Industrial Relations Act to proceedings or matters before the new Commission include references to proceedings or matters that, under this Part, are being dealt with after the commencement by the new Commission. (2) References in section 34 of the Industrial Relations Act to the hearing of a matter having been commenced shall, in the case of a matter arising in a proceeding that, under this Part, is being dealt with after the commencement by the new Commission, be references to the hearing of the matter by the new Commission having been commenced.
