#### 10 Withdrawal of compliance notices 10 Withdrawal of compliance notices > > (1) A compliance notice may be withdrawn at any time by the inspector who issued the notice (or by another inspector authorised to do so, whether in the particular case or generally for the purposes of this section, by the Director-General of the Department of Commerce) if the inspector is satisfied that the notice was issued in error or is incorrect in some respect. > > > (2) The withdrawal has effect when notice of the withdrawal is given to the person to whom the notice was issued.
