Section 181 provides that the Commission may order costs to be paid in proceedings under this Part in the circumstances set out in that section. Section 380 enables the Commission in the course of proceedings under this Part to make an order for a small claim under Part 2 of Chapter 7 (Recovery of remuneration and other amounts) connected with the unfair dismissal.
