95 Continuation of positions relating to former offices
95 Continuation of positions relating to former offices
(1) This clause applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement date, holds a position, role or office (a relevant position) under this Act or another Act that the person is eligible to hold because the person holds, or has held, a former office.
(2) The person continues to hold the relevant position despite—
(a) the abolition of the person’s former office by this part, and
(b) the amendments made to this Act or the other Act by the amending Act.
