#### 95 Continuation of positions relating to former offices 95 Continuation of positions relating to former offices > > (1) This clause applies to a person who, immediately before the commencement date, holds a position, role or office (a relevant position) under this Act or another Act that the person is eligible to hold because the person holds, or has held, a former office. > > > (2) The person continues to hold the relevant position despite— > > > > > (a) the abolition of the person’s former office by this part, and > > > > > (b) the amendments made to this Act or the other Act by the amending Act.
