94 Continuing effect of things done before commencement of amending Act
An act, matter or thing done under this Act, or another Act, by a person holding a former office immediately before the commencement date is taken to have been done by the person—
(a) in the person’s capacity as the holder of the new office corresponding to the person’s former office, and
(b) under this Act, or the other Act, as amended by the amending Act.
