#### 94 Continuing effect of things done before commencement of amending Act 94 Continuing effect of things done before commencement of amending Act > An act, matter or thing done under this Act, or another Act, by a person holding a former office immediately before the commencement date is taken to have been done by the person— > > > (a) in the person’s capacity as the holder of the new office corresponding to the person’s former office, and > > > (b) under this Act, or the other Act, as amended by the amending Act.
