#### 46 Notification of enterprise agreements to new employees 46 Notification of enterprise agreements to new employees > Before an employer bound by an enterprise agreement employs a person who will be bound by conditions of employment set by the agreement, the employer must give the person notice of the existence of the agreement and access to a copy or to a summary of the agreement, for perusal by the person, in a language the person understands. > > Maximum penalty—10 penalty units.
