#### 399A Payment of penalties 399A Payment of penalties > > (1) If a penalty for an offence has been imposed under this Act in proceedings instituted by an officer of an industrial organisation, the court concerned may order that the penalty or part of the penalty be paid to the Industrial Registrar for payment to the industrial organisation. > > > (2) In any other case, a penalty recovered must be paid into the Consolidated Fund or as otherwise provided by law. > > **s 399A:** Ins 2025 No 42, Sch 1\[27\].
