#### 394 List of officers to be evidence 394 List of officers to be evidence > A list of the officers of an industrial organisation lodged with the Industrial Registrar on behalf of the organisation under this Act, or a copy of any such list certified by the Industrial Registrar, is evidence, in any proceedings, that the persons named in the list were, on the day when the list was lodged, officers of the organisation.
