#### 39 Mandatory dispute resolution procedures in enterprise agreements 39 Mandatory dispute resolution procedures in enterprise agreements > > (1) An enterprise agreement is not to be approved unless it contains procedures for the resolution of industrial disputes under the enterprise agreement (dispute resolution procedures). > > > (2) However, an enterprise agreement need not contain dispute resolution procedures if the Commission is satisfied that another relevant agreement or award already does so. > > > (3) Dispute resolution procedures may (but need not) be included in an enterprise agreement if the employer employs fewer than 20 employees.
