#### 369 Application for order 369 Application for order > > (1) An application for an order under this Part for the payment of money may be made— > > > > > (a) by the person to whom the money is payable, or > > > > > (b) with the written consent and on behalf of that person—by an inspector, by a person employed in a Public Service agency or by an officer of an industrial organisation concerned in the industry to which the proceedings relate. > > > (2) A single application may be made by a person for 2 or more orders against the employer.
