#### 339 Demarcation questions relating to associations 339 Demarcation questions relating to associations > > (1) The Commission may, by its order, determine any question as to the demarcation of the interests of associations in the regulation of the conditions of contracts to which this Chapter applies. > > > (2) Application for an order under this section may be made by a bailor, a principal contractor or an association registered under this Part.
