#### 244 Industrial Registrar may determine alterations of rules 244 Industrial Registrar may determine alterations of rules > > (1) If the rules of a State organisation do not, in the Industrial Registrar’s opinion, make provision required by this Act, the Industrial Registrar may, by instrument in writing, after giving the organisation at least 14 days to be heard on the matter, determine such alterations of the rules as are, in the Industrial Registrar’s opinion, necessary to bring them into conformity with this Act. > > > (2) Alterations determined under this section take effect on the date of the instrument.
