#### 206A Definitions 206A Definitions > In this Part— > > industrial law of another State means— > > > (a) a law of the State corresponding, or substantially corresponding, to this Act, or > > > (b) a law of the State that is declared by the regulations to be a corresponding law (whether or not the law corresponds, or substantially corresponds, to this Act). > > industrial tribunal of another State means— > > > (a) a tribunal established under a law of the State that has functions corresponding, or substantially corresponding, to functions conferred or imposed on the NSW Commission by this Act, or > > > (b) a tribunal established under a law of the State that is declared by the regulations to be the industrial tribunal of the State (whether or not the tribunal has functions corresponding, or substantially corresponding, to functions conferred or imposed on the NSW Commission by this Act). > > NSW Commission means the Industrial Relations Commission established by this Act. > > **ch 4, pt 9A (ss 206A–206C):** Ins 2006 No 97, Sch 1 \[9\].
