185A Practice notes
> > (1) Subject to rules of the Commission, the President may issue practice notes with respect to any matter for which rules may be made.

> > (2) A practice note must be published in the Gazette.

> > (3) Sections 40 and 41 of the [Interpretation Act 1987](/view/html/inforce/current/act-1987-015) apply to a practice note in the same way as they apply to a statutory rule.
