#### 177 Commission may reserve decision 177 Commission may reserve decision > > (1) The Commission may reserve its decision in any proceedings before it. > > > (2) A reserved decision of a member or members of the Commission may be given— > > > > > (a) by the member or members at a subsequent sitting of the Commission, or > > > > > (b) if the decision of a member is set out in writing and signed by the member—by being delivered by a member of the Commission, or by the Industrial Registrar, at a time and place of which the parties have been given reasonable notice.
