#### 121 Unauthorised payments—civil effect 121 Unauthorised payments—civil effect > > (1) Payment of remuneration to an employee contrary to this Part is not to be considered to be payment or part payment of that remuneration, except to the extent (if any) permitted by the Commission. > > > (2) A provision of a contract that provides for payment of remuneration to an employee in a manner that is contrary to this Part is void.
