#### 120 Recovery of remuneration—no set-off or action for goods or services supplied by employer 120 Recovery of remuneration—no set-off or action for goods or services supplied by employer > > (1) In any proceedings by an employee against the employer to recover any amount due as remuneration, the employer is not entitled to any set-off or reduction of the claim in respect of— > > > > > (a) any goods or services supplied to the employee as, or as part of, remuneration, or > > > > > (b) any goods sold or supplied at any shop or other premises of the employer or in the profits of which the employer has any share or interest, or > > > > > (c) any goods supplied to the employee by any person under the direction of the employer or the employer’s agent. > > > (2) An employer is not entitled to maintain any action in any court or tribunal against an employee for or in respect of any goods sold or supplied to the employee by the employer while in the employer’s employment as or as part of the employee’s remuneration.
