#### 108 Who may apply for order 108 Who may apply for order > An order may be made under this Division on the application of— > > > (a) any party to the contract, or > > > (b) any person who, but for the making of such an order, would be a party to the contract, or > > > (c) an industrial organisation of employers whose members employ persons working in the industry to which the contract relates, or > > > (d) an industrial organisation of employees whose members are employed in the industry to which the contract relates, or > > > (e) an association registered under Chapter 6 of which a party to the contract is a member, > > and not otherwise.
