### 99 Registered agreements and awards to remain in force
> *\[Section 99 Repealed by No. 59 of 1992, s. 63 \]*

> > (1) A registered agreement in force on the day on which the [Industrial Relations Amendment (Fair Conditions) Act 2005](/view/html/inforce/2026-04-12/act-2005-074) commences continues in force for the period specified in it unless it is sooner terminated notwithstanding that the conditions of employment set out in the agreement are less than the minimum conditions provided for in this Act.
