### 66 Extension of entitlement of rights specified in section 65 to certain private employers and certain associations
> > (1) A private employer who is the only employer subject to an award is, subject to the modifications of [section 65](#GS65@EN) specified in [subsection (2)](#GS66@Gs2@EN) , entitled to the rights specified in that section as if he were an organization.

> > (2) For the purposes of [subsection (1)](#GS66@Gs1@EN) , [section 65](#GS65@EN) is modified as if –
> >
> > > > (a) [paragraph (b)](#GS65@Hpb@EN) were omitted and the following paragraph were substituted:
> > > >
> > > > > > > (b) to be notified of the hearing of an application in respect of an award that is applicable to him;
> > >
> > > > (b) the reference in [paragraph (c)](#GS65@Hpc@EN) to the members of the organization were a reference to a private employer referred to in [section 66](#GS66@EN) [(1)](#GS66@Gs1@EN) ; and
> > >
> > > > (c) [paragraph (h)](#GS65@Hph@EN) were omitted.
