### 61X Decisions and procedure > *\[Section 61X Inserted by No. 59 of 1992, s. 40 \]* > > > (1)  A decision supported by the majority of the members of an employee committee is the decision of the committee. > > > (2)  An employee committee must elect a chairperson from among its members who is to have a deliberative vote and, in the event of an equality of votes, a second or casting vote. > > > (3)  Except as provided by this section, an employee committee may determine its own procedure.
