### 61T Decision to form employee committee > *\[Section 61T Inserted by No. 59 of 1992, s. 40 \]* > > > (1)  Employees in a single enterprise in any one or more classes of employment who intend to enter into an enterprise agreement may, at a meeting held for the purpose, decide whether to form an employee committee to represent employees in the enterprise in those classes of employment. > > > (2)  A decision to form an employee committee must be supported in a secret ballot by at least 60% of the employees in the enterprise in those classes of employment.
