### 61F Minimum conditions of employment

> > > > (a) subject to [paragraph (c)](#GS61F@Gs1@Hpc@EN) , in the case of a person other than an adult –
> > > >
> > > > > > (i) who is 18 years of age or under, 50% of the hourly rate referred to in [paragraph (b)](#GS61F@Gs2@Hpb@EN) ; or
> > > > >
> > > > > > (ii) who is 19 years of age, 65% of the hourly rate referred to in [paragraph (b)](#GS61F@Gs2@Hpb@EN) ; or
> > > > >
> > > > > > (iii) who is 20 years of age, 80% of the hourly rate referred to in [paragraph (b)](#GS61F@Gs2@Hpb@EN) ; and
> > >
> > > > (b) in the case of a person who is an adult, an hourly rate calculated by reference to the minimum wage as established by the Commission under [section 35](#GS35@EN) [(1)](#GS35@Gs1@EN) [(b)](#GS35@Gs1@Hpb@EN) and to the ordinary weekly hours of work for which that person is employed; and
