### 50A Power to stand down without pay > *\[Section 50A Inserted by No. 59 of 1992, s. 33 \]*Notwithstanding any other provision of this Act, an employer may stand down, without pay, any employee who refuses to perform any or all of the duties that the employee normally carries out and could reasonably be expected to carry out for such period as the employee continues to so refuse.
