7 Application for licence
(1) [Section 7 Subsection (1) amended by No. 22 of 2024, s. 6, Applied:08 Nov 2024] A person may apply to the Secretary for an industrial hemp licence or a special research licence.
(2) An application must –
(a) be in a form approved by the Secretary; and
(b) be accompanied by the prescribed fee; and
(c) contain such other information, and be accompanied by such other records, as the Secretary may require to determine the application.
