24 Hemp to be tested
(1) [Section 24 Subsection (1) amended by No. 22 of 2024, s. 16, Applied:08 Nov 2024] An inspector may test, or cause to be tested, any hemp cultivated under this Act to determine the concentration of THC in the hemp.
(2) Testing under this section is to be carried out at the times and in the manner prescribed by the regulations.
