14 Special research licence

[Section 14 Amended by No. 22 of 2024, s. 11, Applied:08 Nov 2024] A special research licence may authorise a person to possess, cultivate or supply hemp, that is not industrial hemp, for the purpose of scientific research, instruction, analysis or study.
