12 Determination of licence application
(1) The Secretary is to determine an application for a licence –
(a) [Section 12 Subsection (1) amended by No. 22 of 2024, s. 9, Applied:08 Nov 2024] by granting the application and issuing an industrial hemp licence or a special research licence to the applicant; or
(b) by refusing the application.
(2) The Secretary is to give the applicant written notice of the determination of the application and, if the application is refused, written reasons for the refusal.
