5 Prescribed form of Inventory

For the purposes of subsection 11(2) of the Act, the Inventory must: (a) be divided into a confidential section and non‑confidential section; and (b) consist of lists of chemicals in the following form: (i) the names of the chemicals in the same order as the sequence of the names followed by the Chemical Abstracts Service; (ii) the Chemical Abstracts Service numbers of the chemicals in the same order as those numbers or, if those numbers are not available, in accordance with an alternative numbering system; (iii) the molecular formulas of the chemicals in the same order as the sequence of the formulas followed by the Chemical Abstracts Service.
