#### 81A Complying with standards
A person commits an offence if, at a particular time:
(a) the person imports into, or manufactures in, Australia a cosmetic; and
(b) the cosmetic is subject to a standard set under section 81; and
(c) the cosmetic does not meet the standard.
Penalty: 120 penalty units.
