81Setting standards

#### 81 Setting standards (1) The Minister may, by legislative instrument, determine standards for cosmetics imported into, or manufactured in, Australia, having regard to Australia’s international obligations. (2) In addition to the requirement under the Legislation Act 2003 for the instrument to be registered, a copy of the instrument must be published in the Chemical Gazette. However, failure to publish a copy does not affect the validity or enforceability of the instrument.
