76Confidentiality by Director etc.

#### 76 Confidentiality by Director etc. Subject to section 79, an officer who has exempt information, and has it only because of performing functions or duties under this Act or the Regulatory Powers Act as that Act applies in relation to this Act or the regulations, must not make a record of, or disclose, any of the information except: (a) in the course of carrying out functions and duties under this Act or the Regulatory Powers Act as that Act applies in relation to this Act or the regulations; or (b) by order of a court; or (c) with the consent of the person because of whose application the information is exempt information.
