63 Removal of priority existing chemical from Inventory
Where: (a) a chemical has been a priority existing chemical for at least 12 months; and (b) an application for the assessment of the chemical has not been received; and (c) the Director has not caused the chemical to be assessed under subsection 57(2); the Director must remove the particulars of the chemical from the Inventory.
