#### 54 List of priority existing chemicals (1) The Director must maintain a list of priority existing chemicals. (2) The Director must maintain a list of chemicals that have been priority existing chemicals. (2A) A list kept under subsection (1) or (2) must show in relation to any chemical on the list: (a) whether the chemical was or is to be assessed as a priority existing chemical with any other chemical; and (b) any limitation specified under paragraph 51(2)(a) on the declaration of a chemical; and (c) whether assessment of the chemical was or is to be a preliminary assessment or a full assessment. (3) The Director must publish the lists in the Chemical Gazette at least once a year.
