#### 42 Exempt information given under section 41 A manufacturer of a new industrial chemical about which a statement of matters has been given to the Director under subsection 41(3), may, before the assessment of the chemical under this Act has begun, make an application in the approved form that some of the information in the statement be treated as exempt information under section 75.
