#### 40C Applicants to give further information (1) If an applicant for an extension of an original assessment certificate becomes aware of additional information relevant to the application before the certificate is given, the applicant must give the information to the Director as soon as possible. (2) A person is taken to become aware of information if the person ought reasonably to have become aware of the information, having regard to the person’s abilities, experience, qualifications and other attributes.
