#### 4 Additional operation of Act Without prejudice to its effect apart from this section, this Act also has, because of this section, the effect it would have if the references to the manufacture of industrial chemicals or cosmetics in Australia were, by express provision, confined to: (a) the manufacture of those chemicals or cosmetics in Australia: (i) by foreign corporations, within the meaning of paragraph 51(xx) of the Constitution; or (ii) by trading corporations formed within the limits of the Commonwealth, within the meaning of that paragraph; or (iii) for supply in the course of trade and commerce with other countries, among the States, within a Territory, between a State and Territory or between 2 Territories; or (iv) for supply to, or to an authority or instrumentality of, the Commonwealth or a Territory; and (b) the manufacture of those chemicals or cosmetics in a Territory.
