#### 15A Offence for failing to comply with conditions of use etc. A person commits an offence if: (a) the person imports or manufactures an industrial chemical at a particular time; and (b) at that time, the importation or manufacture of the chemical is subject to a condition included in the Inventory under section 13 or subsection 15AB(1); and (c) the importation or manufacture breaches the condition. Penalty: 120 penalty units.
