81 Pre‑introduction reports for reported introductions

(1) Subsection 41(2), as amended by Part 2 of Schedule 1 to the Industrial Chemicals (General) Legislation Amendment (2021 Measures No. 1) Rules 2021, applies in relation to a report given under subsection 97(1) of the Act, or varied under section 98 of the Act, on or after the commencement of that Part. (2) Subsections 38(2), 39(2) and 40(2), as amended by Part 3 of Schedule 1 to the Industrial Chemicals (General) Legislation Amendment (2021 Measures No. 1) Rules 2021, apply in relation to a report given under subsection 97(1) of the Act, or varied under section 98 of the Act, on or after the commencement of that Part.
