77 Additional function of Executive Director

For the purposes of paragraph 142(1)(c) of the Act, the Executive Director has the function of providing advice, on the Executive Director’s initiative, about how to manage the risks (if any) that arise from the introduction or use of industrial chemicals to any of the following: (a) a prescribed body mentioned in section 16; (b) any other person.
