64 Notice of proposed variations to Inventory listings

For the purposes of paragraph 87(3)(b) of the Act, a person is prescribed if: (a) a holder of an assessment certificate has applied under subparagraph 87(1)(c)(ii) of the Act for a variation to the listing on the Inventory of an industrial chemical; and (b) the person is either: (i) a confidence holder for an approval to treat an end use for the industrial chemical as confidential business information; or (ii) a person specified in a notice under subsection 68(2) of this instrument by the holder of an approval to treat an end use for the industrial chemical as confidential business information.
