46 Listed introductions

(1) For the purposes of paragraph 104(2)(b) of the Act, and subject to subsection (3) of this section, if a circumstance mentioned in column 1 of an item in the following table applies in relation to the listed introduction of an industrial chemical by a person, records of the kind mentioned in column 2 of the item are prescribed in relation to the introduction of the industrial chemical.

and</span></p><p class="Tablea"><a id="_Hlk142401239"><span>(c) the name of a person whom the introducer believes on reasonable grounds would, if requested to do so by the introducer following a request by the Executive Director, give to the Executive Director:</span></a></p><p class="Tablei"><span>(i) the CAS number (if assigned) for the industrial chemical; and</span></p><p class="Tablei"><span>(ii) the CAS name or IUPAC name for the industrial chemical; and</span></p><p class="Tablea"><span>(d) records of the basis on which the introducer holds the belief mentioned in paragraph</span><span> </span><span>(c)</span></p></td></tr><tr><td style="width:8.58%;
