11 Prescribed international agreements
For the purposes of paragraph (b) of the definition of prescribed international agreement in section 9 of the Act, the following international agreements are prescribed: (aa) the Minamata Convention; (a) the Rotterdam Convention; (b) the Stockholm Convention.
