10 Kinds of objects that are not articles
For the purposes of the definition of article in section 9 of the Act, the following kinds of objects are prescribed: (a) objects that are a piece of matter whose purpose is determined to a lesser degree by the object’s shape, surface or design, than by the object’s chemical composition; (b) objects that are wholly fluid.
