73 Engagement of consultants to assist the Minister
The Minister may, on behalf of the Commonwealth, engage consultants to assist the Minister in the performance of the Minister’s functions, or the exercise of the Minister’s powers, under: (a) this Act; or (b) the decision‑making principles; or (c) the rules.
